Rediculously Bad. These guys quoted me one price over the phone for a transfer- $25. When I show up a week later the price has suddenly rose to $50! Funny how the price goes up once they have possession of the property! A few months before I asked them to do some maintenance on a rifle for me. I said you need to CALL me before you do the work with the price. Of course, they not only didnt call before but they completed the work and gouged me- $50 to replace a simple screw!? Outrageous! The worst customer service and highest prices in the area. DONT GO HERE.

Pushy and rude to customers! Got there around 5:10 PM and asked them if it was OK to look at shotguns, aware they closed at 5:30.Was asked if I was "buying anything?", about 5 minutes into comparing different high end shotguns and they started shutting off the lights at 5:25 while they told me "we are closing soon". I was there to pick out my birthday present, it could have been an easy sale if they had shown good customer service and a little patience with someone who was just trying to squeeze in a little time to pick out a gun after a busy day at work.

i bought a ruger vaquero here. did not use it for a couple weeks. when i did the hammer jammed in the open position and would not brake free. i sent it to ruger and they found a broken hammer plunger and also informed me there was an after market triger spring installed. when i checked the box it came in i noticed that it was test fired three years before and also had scratches on the grips. plus it was way over priced could have done much better online. never going back.

I wont go back! I had cash in pocket to buy a new rifle and they where rude about letting me look at the rifle I was interested in. Also the prices are way higher then anywhere else Ive shopped. I just drove to destin fl bass pro shops and got the same rifle for $200 less and they had great service at bass pro shops. that or jays gun shop price matches with bps and many other places.

I have known Ronnie for years. His knowledge and staffs knowledge on guns and all things outdoors is tremendous. Not too thrilled with the customer service; It seems that the only way to get any service is to stand there with your cash in hand, so they know youre in the market for something; Otherwise they are by far the most standoffish shop Ive spent my hard earned money in. ( More than once). No more!

Poor selection, over pricing, and horrible customer service is what you will find here. You would be better off going to Dan-D-Ridge outfitters or Bass Pro Shops, especially if you are looking for fair pricing and a friendly and knowledgeable staff!
