Merchandise Return Policy (not textbook or computers):

The UCSB Campus Store will exchange/return any merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or used, and is in its original packaging with all tags attached. Gift cards,e-Gift cards, clearance, and discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned.

If you change your mind and the item is not defective, please return your unwanted item(s) within 28 days of purchase to one of our stores, along with proof of purchase and you will be offered a credit note or exchange. We cannot accept returns after this period.
