If your Samsung washer is displaying an error code this guide tells you what it means and what you need to do to remove it so you can start using your washer again.

The good news is most of the error codes are quite easy to remove and only involve carrying out a couple of simple actions.

Samsung washer error codes: 1E and E7

These error codes indicate a problem with the water level sensor. To fix the underlying problem causing the code, locate the pressure hose system, then inspect it for any signs of blockages, splits, or general wear and tear. If you can’t find any damage, it’s recommended by the manufacturer to replace the pressure sensor. If you do find damage to any part of the pressure hose system, try to repair it. If that doesn’t work, replace the sensor.

Samsung washer error codes: 3E, EA, and EB

These error codes indicate a problem with the motor. To remove these codes, check for an open or short circuit within the wiring of the motor. Also,check if a connection has come loose and tighten it.

This code means the motor is overloaded. To solve this problem, make sure your washer isn’t overloaded with laundry. Both of these error codes mean you have a water supply issue. To resolve the underlying problem, check the water pressure and that the water supply is turned on. Also,make sure the water hoses are not impeded from supplying water to the washer. If those components are fine, check the water inlet valve. If it’s defective, replace it.
